Our standard policy is to deliver custom academic regalia within 6 - 8 weeks of payment. Our Processional and Deluxe caps/ tams and gowns are usually, but not always, in stock for immediate delivery. Academic hoods must be made to order. If your ceremonial date is approaching, upon receipt of payment, we will provide you with a substitute hood along with your new cap and gown. This hood will be as close to your exact needs as possible and better than having no hood at all. The same generous offer applies to custom gown purchases. If you feel you will need a complimentary hood and/or gown, please check that option on the order page.
The complementary program only applies to items that you have purchased and that cannot be delivered on time.
To further assist in helping to provide what you need in a timely fashion, be sure to fill in your need date/date of use. ASAP is not a date of use.
